Description

FeCrAl is an iron-chromium-aluminum alloy composed of elements such as iron (Fe), chromium (Cr) and aluminum (Al). It has excellent high temperature resistance and oxidation resistance and is widely used in high temperature heating fields.

Common varieties of FeCrAl alloys include 0Cr15Al5, 1Cr13Al4, 0Cr21Al4, 0Cr21Al6, 0Cr23Al5, 0Cr25Al5, 0Cr21Al6Nb and 0Cr27Al7Mo2, etc. These alloys have different physical and chemical properties depending on their elemental composition to meet a variety of specific application needs.

FeCrAl alloy has the following characteristics and advantages:

1.High temperature stability: FeCrAl alloy maintains good stability in high temperature environments and can withstand high temperature heating without obvious deformation or oxidation.

2.Anti-oxidation performance: Because the alloy contains aluminum, it has good anti-oxidation properties and can form a dense aluminum oxide film to prevent further oxidation reactions and extend the service life of the material.

3.Low Resistivity: FeCrAl alloy has low resistivity, giving it high electrical and thermal conductivity in high-temperature heating elements, allowing for rapid and even heating.
