Comparative Analysis of Vibroflotation Equipment Series 2
Analysis of Technical Types and Application Scenarios
1. Conventional Electric Models (BJVE-426-180, BJVE-450-260)
Technical Features:
Relatively simple structure, constant speed, and low maintenance costs. Suitable for projects requiring stable vibroflotation parameters and single operating scenarios.
Application Scenarios:
- BJVE-426-180 (426mm diameter, 180kW power):
Applicable to medium-scale foundation treatment projects, meeting the dual requirements of vibroflotation compaction and vibroflotation replacement stone column/gravel piles. Double lifting can be used for compaction construction, and the spacing between piles can be considered to be 3-4m, greatly increasing work efficiency.
- BJVE-450-260 (450mm diameter, 260kW power):
With its 26mm large amplitude and 440kN high centrifugal force, it is widely used in large-scale hydraulic fill sand vibroflotation compaction construction. During construction, the spacing between piles can be considered to be 4-5m, thereby reducing the number of piles and lowering construction costs.
2. Hydraulic Model (BJVH-350-150)
Technical Features:
Driven by a hydraulic system, it offers high speed (2600-2900rpm), fast vibration frequency, and quick response. However, its centrifugal force and amplitude are relatively low.
Application Scenarios:
It can quickly penetrate soil layers in complex hard geological conditions, greatly improving work efficiency. In vibroflotation replacement stone column / gravel pile construction, it produces smaller pile diameters, facilitating pile diameter control and reducing material costs.
3. Electric Variable-Frequency Model (BJVEF-450-225)
Technical Features:
Adopts variable-frequency technology with adjustable speed (1450-1740rpm), enabling flexible adjustment of vibration parameters based on the hardness of the original foundation soil. It combines high centrifugal force (520kN) and large amplitude (20mm), representing a "high-performance + high-adaptability" solution.
Application Scenarios:
Provides adjustable penetration capacity in complex geological formations and offers a large vibration influence range in vibroflotation compaction projects.
