Working principle
The working principle of screw conveyor is as follows: The screw blades are fixed on the rotating shaft. Due to the frictional force between the material and the helical blades as well as the material trough, under the pushing effect of the helical blades, the material cannot move in a circular motion along with the blades but moves along the axial direction of the helical blades, thereby achieving the transportation of the material within a closed or semi-closed material trough.
