Product Description

The V-type mixer is a powder mixing equipment formed by welding two cylinders at an Angle of 80° to 90° into a V shape. Driven by the central shaft, the cavity rotates, causing the materials to undergo convection, diffusion and shear mixing within the cylinder. It can evenly mix powders, granules and other materials, featuring high mixing efficiency, low residue, low energy consumption and easy cleaning. It can be adapted to various materials. It is widely applied in the pharmaceutical, food, chemical and other industries.

Working Principle

The V-type mixer is a powder mixing equipment formed by welding two cylinders at an Angle of 80° to 90° into a V shape. Driven by the central shaft, the cavity rotates, causing the materials to undergo convection, diffusion and shear mixing within the cylinder. It can evenly mix powders, granules and other materials, featuring high mixing efficiency, low residue, low energy consumption and easy cleaning. It can be adapted to various materials.
