The 25KG powder packaging machine features a stainless steel body, suitable for materials such as starch, calcium powder, feed, and chemical powders. It offers precise dosing, comes with built-in dust collection and anti-dust design, and integrates automatic filling and sealing in one unit. Simple to operate, it is ideal for continuous factory production, significantly reducing labor requirements. It is widely used in the food, chemical, and building materials industries.

Working Principle

The equipment is set to target a weight of 25kg by using a weighing sensor system. The materials are discharged from the silo into the packaging bags. Real-time weight data is collected. When the set value is reached, the feeding stops automatically. A dust removal device is also provided to simultaneously absorb dust. After filling, it is transported to the bag-sealing workstation for automatic bag sealing. The entire process is controlled by an electronic control system to complete continuous packaging.
