Herb powder grinding dried turmeric pulverizer machinery small masala grinder machine

Main Application

This machine is composed of three parts: main engine, auxiliary machine and electronic control box. It is compact in design, reasonable in structure, and has air-selected type, no screen and no net. The machine is equipped with grading mechanism, which can make the crushing and grading complete at one time.Negative pressure conveying makes the heat generated during crushing continuously discharged, so it is also suitable for the crushing of heat sensitive materials.

Working Principle

Material is cut and crushed by high-speed rotating blade through screw conveyor. Material is transported into cyclone separator by negative pressure air transportation, and material is discharged. Dust is filtered and recovered by vacuum box through bag or filter barrel. No dust is flying in the production process.
