The Shock Test System is designed for precise measurement and evaluation of product packaging impact resistance. Featuring an efficient platform damping device, this system minimizes ground impact forces, eliminating the need for special foundations and simplifying installation.
The system can be configured with a high acceleration generating device for small specimens requiring high acceleration shock tests. For test pieces smaller than 200x200mm, it achieves impact test indices of 5000-50000m/s² peak acceleration with duration of 0.2ms~1ms. This allows immediate evaluation of product impact resistance and usage environments.
Capable of generating half sine wave, back peak saw-tooth wave, and trapezoidal wave impacts, the system accurately simulates shock conditions to help analyze and improve product structures. We provide advanced impact systems to meet all mechanical impact requirements.
