The beam of GSVM series v grooving machine is fixed, the workpiece is fed by the back feeding mechanism, and the worktable is made of carbon tool steel. The hardness of the worktable is 55-60HRC after high-frequency surface quenching (ordinary worktable<30HRC), which makes the hardness of the worktable much higher than that of stainless steel. It solves the problem of groove marks caused by the low hardness of the worktable of traditional models, ensures the flatness of the worktable ≤ ± 0.03mm, and thoroughly solves the problem of reducing the accuracy of the V-shaped groove due to the deformation of the worktable, The service life of the equipment is extended.
