The Y81-135 is a hydraulic scrap metal baler suitable for steel mills, recycling and processing industries, and non-ferrous and ferrous metal smelting industries. It is designed to compact various metal scraps, including steel shavings, waste copper, and waste aluminum, into qualified charging forms such as squares, cylinders, or octagonal shapes. This process aims to reduce transportation and smelting costs.
The baler is driven by a hydraulic system and can be operated manually or with PLC automatic control. It features a main pressure cylinder with a push force of 1350Kn and has a motor with a power of 22Kw. The single cycle time (excluding feeding time) is less than 70 seconds. The machine does not require foundation bolts for installation, and a diesel engine can be used for power in locations without an electrical supply.
