The AEBS Automatic Emergency Braking System is an intelligent active safety solution designed for commercial vehicles, trucks, and fleet transportation. This integrated system combines ADAS forward collision warning, DMS driver monitoring, 77GHz millimeter wave radar, AI-based decision making, and electric brake actuation to provide comprehensive multi-layer safety protection.

Advanced ADAS Forward Collision Detection

The ADAS camera uses deep-learning algorithms to monitor the road environment ahead in real-time, supporting:

  • Forward Collision Warning (FCW)
  • Lane Departure Warning (LDW)
  • Pedestrian Collision Warning
  • Vehicle Proximity Warning
  • Vehicle, Cyclist, and Pedestrian Detection
  • Lane-Mark Recognition

77GHz Millimeter Wave Radar Detection

The integrated millimeter wave radar provides reliable vehicle and pedestrian detection with key capabilities:

Intelligent DMS Driver Monitoring

The DMS camera uses AI and deep-learning algorithms to analyze driver behavior in real-time, detecting:

  • Fatigue and drowsiness
  • Eye closure and yawning
  • Looking away from road
  • Phone use and smoking
  • Head-down driving
  • Camera obstruction
Note: DMS is designed as a driver warning and monitoring function. Driver-behavior analysis does not directly control the AEBS braking function.
Automatic Emergency Braking System

When cameras and radar identify imminent collision risks, the AEBS system performs graded deceleration and automatic emergency braking through the electric brake actuator.
