(I) Pre-operation Inspection and Startup Specifications
- Pre-startup Inspection: Confirm that the compressor wiring harness is securely connected, the clutch is free of sediment and oil stains, the belt tension is moderate (belt deflection ≤ 8mm when pressed), and there is no cracking or aging.
- Startup Sequence: Start the engine first and let it idle stably for 1–2 minutes before turning on the A/C switch to avoid damage to the compressor caused by cold start impact.
- Idle Operation: Run the air conditioner at idle speed for more than 15 minutes every week to prevent oil seal drying, component "cold welding", and maintain lubrication and sealing performance.
- Working Condition Adaptation: Avoid long-term high-load operation in high-temperature environments; switch between internal and external circulation regularly to prevent evaporator frosting or system overpressure.
- Pressure Monitoring: When cooling capacity is insufficient, prioritize checking the refrigerant pressure. Excessively low low pressure may indicate leakage, while excessively high high pressure requires troubleshooting of condenser blockage or fan malfunctions.
- Prohibited Operations: It is strictly forbidden to forcibly start the compressor when refrigerant is leaking or in an oil-free state to avoid internal wear or seizure of the compressor.
- Periodic Maintenance: Inspect the belt, filter element, and refrigerant pressure every 250 working hours; replace the air conditioning filter element every 1000 working hours and clean the condenser fins.
- Refrigerant Filling: Evacuate air for at least 30 minutes to remove moisture; fill the refrigerant strictly according to the manual to avoid reduced cooling efficiency or compressor damage due to overfilling or insufficient filling.
- Component Replacement: When replacing the compressor, replenish the corresponding amount of refrigerant oil, and check whether the drying bottle and expansion valve are blocked; replace them if necessary.
- Long-term Storage Protection: If the machine is shut down for more than two weeks, start the air conditioner for 5 minutes every month; run it at idle speed every two weeks in winter to prevent oil separation and component seizure.
