SUPT MOTION’s rectangular linear voice coil motors are ideal direct-drive components for high-precision microscope stages. Designed specifically for applications such as biological microscopy, metallographic observation, precision inspection, and microfluidic observation, they significantly enhance the stage’s positioning accuracy, motion smoothness, and focusing response speed. With its flat and compact design, this rectangular linear voice coil motor is easily integrated into the interior of a microscope stage. It is compatible with XY-axis platforms and Z-axis autofocus mechanisms, eliminating the need for intermediate transmission components such as lead screws and guide rails to achieve precision linear motion with zero backlash, zero return error, and low vibration. When combined with closed-loop position feedback, it enables micron-level precise positioning and high-speed, smooth movement, effectively preventing jitter, drift, and image discontinuities during sample observation, thereby significantly enhancing imaging clarity and observation stability. Its 50mm long-stroke capability meets the demands of wide-range sample scanning, panoramic stitching, and multi-point positioning. Additionally, its low-noise, low-heat, and high-reliability features make it suitable for long-term continuous operation in microscopy applications. It is widely used in life science microscopes, industrial inspection microscopes, fluorescence and confocal microscopes, providing stable, efficient, and precise motion control solutions for high-precision microscopic observation and automated imaging.
