Product Description:

The voice coil motor platform is particularly suited for short-stroke closed-loop servo applications, with its compact size making it ideal for confined spaces. This platform enables precise positioning, high speed/acceleration, and force control, achieving positioning accuracy ranging from 0.1 micrometers to 0.5 micrometers and acceleration up to 20G. Technical parameters can be customized according to customer requirements.

Voice coil motor modules are applicable in marine vessels, drones, 3D printers, microscopes, and robotic systems. Their flexible design enables seamless integration into diverse configurations to meet varied application demands.

In 3D printing, voice coil motor modules serve as the core for high-precision motion control, particularly suited for scenarios demanding high print accuracy, speed, and material compatibility—such as resin photopolymerization 3D printing and metal powder bed fusion 3D printing.

For resin photopolymerization 3D printing, the module drives the platform with micron-level precision vertical movement, enabling precise layer thickness control to enhance model surface smoothness.

For specialized materials like ceramic slurries or high-viscosity resins, voice coil motor modules can drive micro-pumps or valves to precisely regulate material flow rate and volume. This prevents clogging or excessive extrusion, improving the density and strength of printed parts.
