Description

Product Description:

The voice coil motor modules are used in closed-loop servo applications with short strokes. They have a light moving mass and fast response speed (millisecond level, with acceleration up to 20G). The base is precision-machined from aviation aluminum, ensuring good stability and enabling high-speed oscillating reciprocating motion. They are easy and reliable to control, requiring no reversing device, maintenance-free, and long-lasting. They can perform precise position, speed, acceleration, and thrust control. With appropriate encoders and guides configured, position accuracy can reach 0.1-5um. Suitable drivers and controllers can be selected based on different motion and thrust requirements. The platform structure can be machined and customized.
The versatility of voice coil motor modules makes them highly suitable for use in multiple industries such as electronics manufacturing, automotive, and medical fields.
