Product Description:

SUPTMOTION cylindrical voice coil motors are specifically designed for high-precision 3D inspection equipment, offering high speed, high acceleration, and exceptional dynamic response. The VCAR series features a direct-drive structure with no mechanical friction or cogging effect, delivering stable, linear, and low-latency motion control. Its lightweight moving element structure provides high-frequency response characteristics, enabling nanometer-level displacement control in 3D imaging systems.

The voice coil motors deliver effective strokes ranging from 1–63mm with peak thrusts spanning 0.7N to 3000N. The entire series supports ultra-smooth motion for applications including microscope autofocus, white-light interferometry scanning, and precise material height measurement.

Industries served encompass medical imaging equipment, semiconductor inspection platforms, aerospace measurement instruments, automotive quality control, and high-speed micro-displacement actuators in automation systems.
