1. Multi-Functional Blending System

• Dual-Stage Mixing: Combines a low-speed stirrer and a high-speed homogenizer to handle different mixing stages. The low-speed stirrer ensures overall circulation of materials (preventing sedimentation of solid ingredients like enzymes), while the high-speed homogenizer (10,000–28,000 RPM) breaks down oil droplets and solid particles, creating a stable emulsion—critical for avoiding separation in liquid soap and shampoo.
• Adjustable Speed Settings: Both stirrer and homogenizer speeds are steplessly adjustable. For thin liquid detergents, lower homogenizer speeds (10,000–15,000 RPM) suffice; for thick shampoo bases with high oil content, higher speeds (20,000–28,000 RPM) ensure thorough emulsification.

2. Durable & Hygienic Construction

• Tank Material: Made of 304 stainless steel (optional 316L for acid/alkali-resistant needs), the stirring tank meets food-grade and daily chemical industry standards. It resists corrosion from surfactants, preservatives, and cleaning agents commonly used in detergent production.
• Smooth Internal Design: The tank’s inner wall is polished to a mirror finish (Ra ≤ 0.8μm), eliminating dead corners and reducing residue buildup. This design not only simplifies cleaning but also prevents cross-contamination between different product batches.
• Sealed Components: The homogenizer shaft uses a double mechanical seal (food-grade rubber + PTFE) to prevent material leakage and external dust from entering the tank, ensuring product purity.

3. Efficient Heating & Temperature Control (Optional)

• For formulations requiring heat (e.g., dissolving solid soap noodles, melting wax in shampoo), the tank can be equipped with an electric heating jacket. The heating power ranges from 2kW to 15kW (depending on tank capacity), with a temperature control range of 30°C–120°C and an accuracy of ±2°C.
• A digital temperature display and automatic temperature control function allow operators to set and monitor temperatures in real time, avoiding overheating that may damage heat-sensitive ingredients (such as plant extracts in shampoo).
