Customized High Efficiency LPG High Speed Atomizer Sodium Silicate Spray Dryer
Spray drying is one of the most popular industrial drying methods, capable of producing dry powder directly from liquid or paste materials.
Key Features
- High-speed drying process - After liquid raw material is sprayed, surface area increases dramatically, enabling 95-98% water evaporation within seconds. Ideal for heat-sensitive materials
- Superior product quality - Resulting powder exhibits excellent uniformity, solubility, fluidity, and purity
- Simplified operation - Easy to operate and control with moisture content ranging from 40-60% (up to 90% for special materials)
- Single-step processing - No grinding or sieving required after drying, maintaining product purity
- Adjustable parameters - Product size, bulk density, and moisture content can be controlled within specific ranges
Operating Principle
Filtered and heated hot air enters the dryer in spiral form through the air distributor. Liquid raw material passes through the high-speed rotary atomizer at the top of the tower, transforming into fine mist beads. Through brief contact with hot air, the liquid rapidly dries into solid powder products, which are continuously discharged from the bottom of the drying tower and cyclone separator. Waste exhaust air is discharged through the exhaust fan.
