Product Description

The LG Series Dry Oil-Free Screw Vacuum Pump uses a pair of precision-machined parallel screws to rotate synchronously and in reverse, creating a series of sealed chambers that continuously convey gas for suction and exhaust. Its advanced design eliminates the need for lubrication in the working chamber, ensuring clean, oil-free vacuum performance that protects your process media and the environment.

The pump features a special screw structure that delivers high pumping efficiency and strong liquid discharge capacity, with a short, unobstructed pump cavity for smooth exhaust. The rotor undergoes dynamic balance correction, and high-quality bearings ensure stable, low-vibration operation with minimal noise. The corrosion-resistant flow passage parts and automatic purging system make it suitable for handling condensable gases, water vapor, and even mildly corrosive media, making it an ideal choice for oil and gas recovery, solvent recovery, and special gas handling applications.
