Product Description

The 2XZ(ARV) series rotary vane vacuum pump is a high-performance oil-sealed mechanical vacuum pump, belonging to the low-vacuum pump category with a working pressure range of 101325~1.33×10⁻² Pa. Equipped with a precision rotor and spring-loaded rotary vanes, the pump features a compact structure and reliable operation. The eccentrically installed rotor drives the rotary vanes to slide along the pump cavity inner wall, forming sealed working chambers that realize gas suction, compression and exhaust through volume changes. With an optional gas ballast valve, it can effectively pump a certain amount of condensable gas (such as water vapor) while maintaining stable performance when handling dry gas.

The pump adopts multiple cooling methods: external surface heat dissipation, heat transfer by inlet/outlet gas, and cooling fan heat dissipation for the pump and motor, ensuring continuous operation under ambient temperatures of 5-40℃. The oil circulation system with oil separator and filter realizes efficient lubrication and sealing, extending the service life to over 30000 hours.
