This machine is developed according to the characteristics of fire-resistant oil. It uses vacuum drying, ultra-fine filtration and other technologies to efficiently remove moisture, gas and impurities in the oil. It has solved a series of technical problems such as compatibility with fire-resistant oil, thermal stability, hydrolysis stability, solvent effect, specific gravity characteristics, and toxicity. It is mainly suitable for phosphate ester fire-resistant fluid (oil) and other hydraulic systems with phosphate ester fire-resistant oil as the working medium.

Sino-NSH-FV is a stainless steel machine with thermal and vacuum processing.
Sino-NSH-FV is mainly used to improve the properties of phosphate eater fire-resistant oil in generator set. It can efficiently remove water, gas, impurities and oxide, meanwhile it can also reduce acid and improve the conductivity. Which is widely used in the field of electric power, chemical, paper, and metallurgical industries which have steam turbine, gas turbibe, and hydri turbine.
Sino-NSH-FV adopts advanced hydrophilic and hydrophobic principle, the equipment is dehydration, deacidification, broken emulsion and high precious filtration.
