Product introduction:
VFD series is mainly used to improve the properties of insulation oil. It can remove trace water, gas, particulate matters etc. from the insulating oil effectively and rapidly so as to boost performance of transformers, circuit breakers, mutual inductors, cable and capacitors which has insulation system. VFD series specialize in purifying branded oil, insulating oil of high voltage and super high voltage transformer. Additionally, it is suitable for treating low viscosity lubrication oil.

1. Sino-NSH-VFD is a dehydration and degassing unit with thermal and double-stage vacuum processing.
2. Sino-NSH-VFD is mainly used to improve the properties of insulating oils in electric power transformers and other oil filled electrical equipment. It can remove dissolved and free water, dissolved gas and particulate impurities effectively so as to increase special indexes of insulation oil.

Meanwhile, by integrating efficient thermal and double-stage vacuum, the breakdown voltage is highly improved, which can be increased from 25kV to over 70kV.

Operating conditions:
The installation shall be designed to operate satisfactory at ambient temperatures ranging from -20 deg.C to 55 deg. C
