Equipment Overview
This movable liquid and powder mixer machine is a specialized integrated processing device designed for the production of detergent products and other liquid-powder mixed materials. It combines four core functions—movable operation, liquid-powder dual-phase mixing, heating temperature control, and high-shear homogenization—in one unit, effectively addressing key challenges in detergent production, such as uneven liquid-powder mixing, difficult dissolution of powder materials, unstable product viscosity, and limited production site flexibility.
Unlike fixed mixing equipment, this machine is equipped with a high-load universal wheel base, enabling flexible movement between different production areas (e.g., raw material preparation area, finished product storage area) to adapt to diverse workshop layouts. Its integrated heating tank, mixing tank, and homogenizer reduce material transfer links, minimize material loss and contamination risks, and ensure consistent product quality. Core Components & Their Functions
2.1 Movable Base & Frame Structure
The machine’s mobility and structural stability are supported by a reinforced steel frame and high-performance movable base:
- High-Load Universal Wheels: Equipped with 4 heavy-duty universal wheels (each with a load capacity of ≥500 kg) with brake functions. The wheels are made of wear-resistant rubber materials, which can move smoothly on concrete or tiled workshop floors without damaging the ground. After moving to the target position, the brake can be locked to ensure the machine remains stable during operation.
- Reinforced Steel Frame: The frame is made of Q235 carbon steel with anti-rust spraying treatment (surface coating thickness ≥80 μm), which has strong load-bearing capacity (overall load capacity ≥1500 kg) and corrosion resistance, adapting to the humid environment of detergent production workshops.
- Height-Adjustable Supporting Feet: In addition to universal wheels, 4 height-adjustable supporting feet are installed at the bottom of the frame. When the machine is in operation, the supporting feet can be lowered to contact the ground, further enhancing the stability of the machine and reducing vibration during mixing.
2.2 Liquid-Powder Dual-Phase Mixing System
The mixing system is specially designed for the uniform mixing of liquid raw materials (e.g., water, surfactants) and powder raw materials (e.g., sodium carbonate, sodium sulfate, thickeners) in detergent production:
- Dual-Inlet Feeding Structure: Equipped with a liquid inlet (with flow meter, adjustable flow range 0–50 L/min) and a powder inlet (with spiral feeder, feeding speed 0–20 kg/h). The powder inlet is designed with a pre-wetting chamber, where powder materials are pre-wetted by atomized liquid before entering the mixing tank, avoiding powder agglomeration caused by direct contact with a large amount of liquid.
- Multi-Impeller Mixing Shaft: The mixing tank is equipped with a multi-layer impeller mixing shaft, including a bottom push-type impeller (for stirring and lifting bottom materials) and a middle dispersion impeller (for breaking up agglomerated powder). The impeller speed can be adjusted from 50 to 500 rpm, and the stirring direction can be reversed (clockwise/counterclockwise) to enhance the mixing uniformity of liquid and powder.
- Level Sensor & Automatic Feeding Control: The mixing tank is equipped with a liquid level sensor. When the liquid level reaches the set value, the system automatically reduces the liquid inlet flow and increases the powder feeding speed; when the liquid-powder ratio reaches the formula requirement, the feeding is automatically stopped, realizing semi-automatic control of the mixing process.
2.3 Heating Tank & Temperature Control System
The heating tank (integrated with the mixing tank, double-layer structure) provides precise temperature control for detergent materials to promote the dissolution of powder materials and improve the reaction efficiency of raw materials:
- Heating Method & Temperature Range: Adopts electric heating tubes (power 3–12 kW, adjustable power) for heating, with a temperature control range of 20–95°C and temperature control accuracy of ±2°C. For example, when dissolving sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate (a common detergent raw material), the temperature can be maintained at 60–70°C to accelerate its dissolution and avoid precipitation.
- Thermal Insulation Layer: The outer layer of the heating tank is wrapped with a 50 mm thick rock wool insulation layer, which reduces heat loss (heat loss rate ≤5%/h) and avoids scalding operators due to high external temperature of the tank body.
- Over-Temperature Protection: Equipped with a double temperature sensor (one for temperature control, one for over-temperature alarm). If the material temperature exceeds the set value by more than 10°C, the system automatically cuts off the heating power and triggers an audible and visual alarm to ensure production safety.
2.4 Built-In High-Shear Homogenizer
Integrated at the side of the mixing tank, the high-shear homogenizer is used to refine detergent materials, improve product uniformity and stability, and enhance the cleaning performance of detergents:
- Homogenization Parameters: The homogenizer rotor speed ranges from 3000 to 12000 rpm, with a shear gap of 0.2–0.6 mm between the rotor and stator. It can break up small agglomerates in the material to ≤5 μm, ensuring that powder ingredients are fully dissolved and dispersed in the liquid phase.
- Circulating Homogenization Mode: The homogenizer is connected to the mixing tank through a circulating pipeline. During operation, the material is pumped from the bottom of the mixing tank to the homogenizer, homogenized, and then returned to the top of the mixing tank, forming a circulating homogenization loop to ensure that all materials in the tank are fully homogenized.
- Detachable Homogenizer Head: The homogenizer head (rotor + stator) can be disassembled without tools, which is convenient for cleaning and maintenance, and avoids cross-contamination between different batches of detergent products.

Any damage except the wrong operation during warranty period is repaired freely.But the travel and hotel expenses should be count on buyer.
