This lamination machine adopts four main machines, four extruder, four die, four roller, and four double-station BOPP film unwinding devices,which can realize the PP woven tubular fabric or non-woven fabric double side lamination in one time. It improves production efficiency and greatlyreduce labor. Accurately connect the color film patterns through color sensor or visual inspection.Double extruder and double lamination machine can laminate both side of the woven fabric one time. Greatly reduce the waste caused by fabric winkle .Equipped with both sides dust cleaning device and fabric flatten device. The unwinding and rewinding of the base material adopts PLC control, automatic detection, one-key roll change. There is no special technical requirements of the operators, only knowing how to change the new and old rolls is ok, which greatly reduces the workers technical training time.

4. How to install and debug the machine after arrival?
We will provide instructions and installation videos. If the Buyer needs engineers to install in the local area, the buyer should pay USD150 per day for subsidy of engineers and afford the charge of daliy life(including the daliy meal ,traffic and hotel) in the locus of buyer and return tickets from China to User’s factory.

5. Does it easy to operate and what can i do if it doesn't work?
First ,our machine is stable and easy to operate by one man ,what you do is just learn some basic thing. And we will sent you manual and video ,we suggest you to come to visit our factory to learn more thing by yourself , and if there is something goes wrong , you can call us ,video-chat ,email us .
