The assembly line for button battery cells includes: automatic cell loading, cell tab shaping, cell hot pressing and perforating, OCV testing and screening, cell into the shell, positive electrode and end cap welding, negative electrode and steel shell welding, battery cell cover closing, shell cover sealing and welding, cell code engraving, performance testing, and wobble plate unloading, etc. The whole process is fully automated, the data is recorded, and the information is traceable.
