DTG Textile Ink For T-Shirt Cotton Printing

Method of use

1. Press the fabric surface: press the fabric at 165 200°C for 3-5 seconds.

2. Spray pre-treatment liquid: spray a layer of pre-treatment liquid evenly where the pattern needs to be printed

(spraying amount: evenly wet the surface of the cloth, just touch the wet feeling)

3. Drying and printing: after the pre-treatment, put on the isolation paper and press it for 10-30 seconds, and press it dry

4. Printing ink: after blanching and drying, the cloth can be printed on the machine, first printing white ink and then printing color ink, namely the finished product

(please do not move the cloth from white ink to color ink to prevent dislocation.)

5. Baking and fixing color: after the printing is finished, place the cloth on the ironing machine and press it gently at 180°C for about 20 seconds.

Different fixation time and temperature depends on the thickness of the cloth, users should use their own Settings
