Q1. Are you a factory?

A:Yes! We are factory in Shenzhen. We have been producing UV LED products for six years.

Q2. What's the wavelength of the UV LED lamp?

A: The wavelength of UV LED lamp usually are 365-405nm.The wavelength for inkjet printer is 395nm, 385/395nm for printing machine, 365nm for UV glue.

Q3. What's your LED chip?

A: We use are Korea LG, Seoul, Taiwna Epileds about the LED chip brand

Q4. What's the materials of the lamp and lens?

A: The materials of lamp is Aluminum,and the lens are quartz.

Q5.What's the cooling way?

A: Most of UVLED are water cooling. We also have several hot selling air cooling UVLED, more air cooling UV LED are on the way.

Q6. What’s the lifespan of UV LED?

A: The lifespan of the LED chip is 20,000 hours in theory. If you take care it during the usage, it usually can be used 3-5years.

Q7. What’s the warranty?

A: All of products can warranty for one year, if any parts damaged in warranty, we can supply the parts for free, but you need send back the UV LED lamp and power supply or water chiller, other parts no need send back.

Q8. Can we customize the product?

A:Yes! We can producing the products according to your requirements

Q9. What is your usual payment terms for orders?

A:Foreign trade platform payment. T/T, PAYPAL, WESTERN UNION, BANK TRANSFER VISA/MASTERCARD etc. More payment terms could be provided.

Q10. How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

A:It usually takes 1-3 days, depending on the quantity. Most of the regular models are in stock and will be shipped within 1-3 days, and customized products will be shipped within 7-15 working days.

Q11. Can I get a discount?

A:Yes, you can. I will give you want price if your quantity is more or you have a special situation . Cooperation is first, price is second.
