Q1. Are you a factory?
A: Yes! We are a factory in Shenzhen. We have been producing UV LED products for seven years.
Q2. What are your main products?
A: UV LED lamp beads; UV LED module; UV LED single lamp and UV equipment.
Q3. How about the quality of the leds?
A: Please do not worry about the quality. Our company is the main manufacturer of LEDs in China.
The payment can be T/T transaction.
Q4. Can adjustable of UV intensity ?
A: Yes, the intensity is 0-100% adjustable. We designed different.
Q5. How many days do you need for preparing order?
A: We need 3-7 days for normal order, Custom product cycle is 15-20 days.
Q6. What's the wavelength of the UV Curing LED Lamp?
A: The wavelength of UV LED Lamp usually are 365-405nm, the wavelength for inkjet printer is 395nm,

385/395nm for printing machine, 365nm for UV glue.
Q7. What's the brand of LED chip you use?
A: The LED chip brand we use are LG, Epileds, Seoul.
Q8. What's the materials of the lamp and lens ?
A: The materials of lamp is Aluminum, and the lens are quartz.

Matters needing attention
Warm tips, in order to make our products play the best performance and reduce customer failure in the use of products, please note:
1) During the whole process of use, all people who are in direct contact with UVLED should take measures to prevent and eliminate static electricity, and do not touch the UV light emitting diode directly with their hands.
2) When welding, attention should be paid to the welding time and temperature, and the positive and negative polarities should be distinguished.
3) Electrical parameters such as current and voltage should not exceed the rated values.

Attention should be paid to welding high-power UV LED:

1) Welding temperature should be less than 260 degrees Celsius.
2) Reflow welding is allowed only once.
3) When welding, distinguish positive and negative polarity, and avoid lens to avoid damage to lens.
4) Do a good job of heat dissipation measures, especially high-power UVLED as far as possible to ensure adequate radiator area.
5) In order to prolong the lifetime of ultraviolet light emitting diodes,

it is recommended to use a stable constant current driving power supply or IC instead of a constant voltage driving power supply or IC.
