This explosion-proof flame detector is engineered for harsh industrial settings, boasting UV + dual-IR (IR1/IR2) triple-band sensors. Fitted with a sapphire optical filter for full-spectrum detection, its multi-spectral fusion technology precisely identifies flames from fuels such as n-heptane, methane, diesel, and kerosene.​

By targeting UV ionization and IR thermal radiation released during combustion, it delivers early warnings within ≤15 seconds—outperforming conventional single-band detectors.

The JSY-F301 flame detector is equipped with three status indicator lights, which are used to indicate its working status.
