One Pass Corrugated Case & Cardboard Printer 4-6 Colors
Industrial Single-Pass Inkjet with Customizable Resolution
Product Overview
A One Pass printer (also known as a single-pass digital inkjet printer) is a high-speed, non-contact printing machine that uses fixed print bars spanning the entire width of the substrate. Unlike traditional scanning printers that move the printhead back and forth, a one pass printer achieves full coverage in a single pass of the material, delivering extremely high throughput—typically 50 to 200 m/min or more.
This technology is widely used for printing on:
- Corrugated cardboard and folding cartons
- Flexible packaging films (BOPP, PET, PE)
- Labels and shrink sleeves
- PVC cards and sheets
- Wood panels and building materials
The system supports CMYK + optional white, varnish, or spot colors. With industrial piezo printheads and variable drop size control, it produces sharp text, vibrant graphics, and smooth gradients at resolutions up to 1200 dpi.
Our One Pass printer is fully customizable in terms of print width (from 210 mm to 2500 mm), number of colors, ink type (UV, water-based, or solvent), drying method, and substrate handling (roll-to-roll, sheet-fed, or hybrid).
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is the difference between a one pass printer and a conventional inkjet printer?
A: Conventional printers use a scanning carriage that moves across the substrate. A one pass printer has fixed print bars that span the full width, printing in a single pass—resulting in much higher speed (5-10× faster). We can customize either type.
Q: Can I print on both rolls and sheets with the same machine?
A: Yes, we offer customizable hybrid configurations that handle both roll-to-roll and sheet-fed substrates with quick changeover.
