Microwave Drying Equipment Stainless Steel Material, Cold Drawn Plate Bending Microwave Equipment

Microwave Heating System

Microwave heating is a method that relies on material absorbing microwave energy and converting it into heat energy, enabling simultaneous heating throughout the material. The high-frequency electromagnetic field operates at billions of cycles per second, causing polar molecules (water molecules, proteins, nucleic acids, fats, carbohydrates) to align and rotate, generating friction heat that rapidly increases temperature and dries water molecules.

Material: 1.5mm SUS 304# stainless steel plate, conforms to microwave production standards, solvent resistant and easy to clean
