Working Principle
The production process of water-based coatings follows these systematic stages:
  • Ingredients Transportation: Liquid ingredients use pumps and flow meters; powder ingredients use weighing systems and gas transportation; additives use weighing and gravity systems
  • Dispersion: First pulping process where powder and liquid are rapidly dispersed by high-speed dispersers to form uniform white slurry without agglomeration
  • Grinding: Secondary pulping process where white slurry is ground to required fineness using ultra-fine grinding technology
  • Paint Mixing: Prepared slurry is uniformly mixed with emulsion, color paste, and additives using single-axis or multi-functional paint mixing kettles
  • Filtration: Finished paint is filtered through bag filters or self-cleaning filters to remove impurities
  • Filling: Filtered product is filled in 10-25kg specifications using semi-automatic or fully automatic filling machines
