1 Material Shell made of 1.5mm cold-rolled plate bending and welding, surface treated with liquid paint. Frame constructed from 63*30mm channel steel with supporting wall made of 20cm A3 steel plate.
2 Fitting Part Double rollers for even transfer film extrusion on substrate. Automatic entanglement device prevents film wrinkling.
3 Cots Diameter: ￠80mm, Length: 700mm. Japanese high-quality rubber production, wear-resistant with good elasticity. Hardness customizable between 30-50 degrees. Resistant to various solvents. Features high-quality coupling transmission, NSK bearings, and Taiwan Daida servo controller for speed control.
4 UV Part 2 sets of independent light boxes with 2 Primarc mercury lamps. Lamps feature adjustable height and angle.
5 UV Lampshade Professional reflective materials (Germany Alanod reflective piece) for durable UV light reflection. Increases UV light utilization by over 30%.
