As a key accessory for pipe testing, the DN560mm seal joint—available in stainless steel (SS) or carbon steel—is professionally designed and manufactured with precision. It is engineered for sealing HDPE, PE and PVC pipes , and is compatible with various plastic pipe and composite pipe specimens such as PVC, PE, PP-R, ABS and composite pipes. This joint provides reliable sealing for multiple testing scenarios, including hydrostatic test, bursting test, negative pressure test and other related pressure-based tests.


Structural features:

The Casting Type-A Structural Fixture adopts a design without intermediate tie rods, boasting exceptional high-pressure resistance. It is composed of a semicircular base, a silicone rubber O-ring, a follower ring, a holding clamp, fastening bolts, compression bolts, and a vent valve—all precision-machined for reliable performance in pipe testing.
