Outline:

The DN630mm stainless steel (SS) or carbon steel end cover assembly for hydrostatic testing apparatus is engineered and fabricated to deliver hermetic sealing for plastic pipe specimens—including PVC, PE, PP-R, ABS, and composite pipes—during hydrostatic tests, bursting tests, negative pressure tests, and other related evaluations.


Structural features:

This structural design adopts a clamp-first, seal-later assembly mechanism, delivering a 100% one-time success rate for both clamping and sealing operations.

Equipped with a radial sealing structure, it is compatible with a broad spectrum of pipe materials, including PE, PVC, PP-R, steel-lined composite pipes, and other similar piping products.

The assembly consists of a semi-circular base, a silicone rubber O-ring, a follower ring, a retaining clamp, fastening bolts, compression bolts, and a vent valve.
