End Closure For Plastic Pipes featuring base clamp sealing pressure plate and fastening screws for internal pressure resistance
Use:
Designed to deliver reliable sealing for plastic piping specimens during hydrostatic pressure and burst testing, in full accordance with ISO 1167, ASTM D1598 and ASTM D1599 standards.
Constrction:
The end cap assembly consists of a support base, silicone sealing ring, connecting bolts, sealing platen and fastening jig.
Fastening screws are configured for the sealing platen. A medium overload protection structure is reserved in the mounting hole of the clamp base, and the inner side of the clamping jaw is precision-machined for the fastening jig.
