ZL-A series of Surface Tension Tester


Applicability:

Liquid tension is measured by physical methods. This type of tensiometer is widely used in scientific research institutions, universities, and water conservancy and power sectors.

  2. 5-inch widescreen touchscreen integrates display of ambient temperature, real-time tension, peak tension, equivalent tension, etc., for intuitive operation.
  3. Dual-test design supporting platinum plate and platinum ring methods (selectable individually or simultaneously).
  4. Fully automated workflow eliminates human error: auto-detects liquid interface, plots tension curve, locks peak value, displays direct readings, and stops measurement automatically.
  5. Full-range auto-calibration with support for weights, distilled water, and anhydrous ethanol to adjust instrument coefficients.
  6. Quiet, motorized sample stage with adjustable speed (1–300 mm/min) via touchscreen control.
  7. Quick-release bracket for platinum accessories enables easy handling and on-demand force calibration with standard weights.
  8. One-touch tare function ensures stable, drift-free measurements.
  9. Automatic temperature compensation converts readings to 20°C based on water/ethanol references.
  10. Data acquisition software compatible with all Windows systems (WIN 7/8/10/XP).
  11. Complies with standards including GB/T6541-86, ISO1409-1995, GB/T22237-2008, SH/T1156-95, ISO6295-1983, JB/T18396-2001, GB/T5549 (ISO 304-1985).
