Operating Principle
Driven by the motor, the high-pressure pump delivers hydraulic fluid from the oil tank through the circulating oil circuit. Hydraulic oil passes through the high-pressure filter, differential valve assembly, and servo valve before feeding into the hydraulic cylinder.
The industrial control computer transmits precise command signals to the servo valve to regulate aperture size and flow direction. By dynamically adjusting oil flow volume entering the hydraulic cylinder, the system achieves accurate control over constant-rate test force and uniform-speed displacement testing modes.
