Overview
Calculation of Rated Load
The rated load in the load table is divided into parts determined by strength and stability. Stability calculations follow ISO 4305:1991 standards, with rated loads always within 75% of tipping capacity.
Correct Use of Load Tables
  • Ground conditions: Rated values assume hard, level ground with <1% slope. Adjust for actual conditions.
  • Actual lifting capacity: Subtract hook, sling, and wire rope weights from rated load.
  • Temperature range: Operational between -20℃ to 40℃.
  • Wind speed: Maximum 9.8m/s (13.8m/s for booms <50m). Higher winds require boom lowering.
  • Working range: Load table values apply to 360° rotation.
  • Hoisting travel: Rated loads apply to stationary operation - reductions required for travel.
