Detailed Introduction
The upper part
Engine
  • Eight-cylinder, water-cooled engine with rated power of 400Kw
  • Rated speed of 2000rpm
  • Maximum output torque of 2630N*m
  • Speed at maximum output torque of 1200rpm
Control System
Imported RC controller, encoder, torque limiter, display, intelligent sensor and closed-circuit monitoring system are used. CAN Bus is used for data transmission between the controller, display, operating handle, encoder, engine and torque limiter, which improves the reliability of the system.
Hydraulic system
The hydraulic system includes: lifting hydraulic system, traveling hydraulic system, slewing hydraulic system, luffing hydraulic system, servo hydraulic system, anti-tilt hydraulic system, cooling system, auxiliary hydraulic system, etc. The main hydraulic components are imported hydraulic products.
Features: The main system adopts closed circuit, which is energy-saving, efficient and controllable; starting, stopping and switching are smooth, without impact, fast operation response, low heat generation and long service life. Electric proportional control elements are widely used to facilitate accurate and intelligent control.
Main and auxiliary lifting mechanism
The variable hydraulic motor drives the planetary gear reducer to control the lifting and lowering of the main lift Ⅰ and the main lift Ⅱ. It has good micro-speed performance.
The fastest gear can realize the rapid power lifting of the main lift Ⅰ and the main lift Ⅱ. One lift can be used for lifting weights below 325t, and two lifts must work simultaneously for lifting weights above 325t. The main lift Ⅰ and the main lift Ⅱ have synchronization function. The maximum ratio is 48. The multi-layer winding of the folding drum ensures that the rope is not tangled. The reducer has the characteristics of low noise, high efficiency, long service life and convenient oil change.
