Special performance: temperature resistance: 130 ~ 150℃, subsequent adhesion rate ≥ 85% Hardness: soft Processing / production process: co-extrusion flow extension Transparency: translucent Index: 1.Color: transparent, milky white, sky blue, dark blue, red, etc 2.Thickness: 0.04-0.12 3.Width: 20-1200mm 4.Sleeve diameter : inner diameter: 76mm / 152mm 5.Packaging: tray 6.Capacity: 550T / month Product introduction: MOPP release film is a commonly used release material, widely used in adhesive tapes, self-adhesive products. It is made by single-sided or double-sided silicone oil coating based on the MOPP substrate. The MOPP represents a Monoaxially Oriented Polypropylene Film.It is made by stretching the polypropylene film in a longitudinal and unidirectional direction, which has high tensile strength, good mechanical properties and heat resistance. Main features (1)Good temperature resistance, temperature resistance up to 150℃; (2)High tensile strength (mechanical direction); (3) Soft properties, good adhesion performance, easy to paste. (4) Good separation performance, easy to peeling off.
