Casting Blow Molding Polypropylene Release Film Roll
Embossed Polypropylene Silicone Coated Release Liner combines excellent material properties with the physical advantages of an embossed structure, making it an ideal surface material for high-performance waterproof membranes. Available in soft thickness from 30 to 150 microns with a release force of 5 to 15g, fully customizable to your specifications.

Applications

Industrial Tape Manufacturing - Primary use in technical tapes, including butyl tape release film for roof and façade sealing, insulating and transfer tapes for construction applications, ridge tapes for ventilation and chimney flashing, and polyurethane/bitumen-based tapes for waterproofing systems. The embossed film serves as a protective liner, shielding adhesive layers from contamination and moisture while allowing smooth peeling without stretching or tearing.
