Microcomputer Control Liquid Screen Operating Tape Peel Adhesion Test Equipment For Loop Tack Resistance with 18Kg

Uses:

Loop Tack Tester features compact and exquisite structure, equipped with imported high-precision sensor and motor. It is mainly used to test the initial tack strength of various adhesive tapes, adhesives and related products.
This instrument fully complies with international test standards including FINAT Test Method No.9 Loop Tack Measurement, PSTC-16 Loop Tack and ASTM D6195-03 Standard Test Methods for Loop Tack. It is widely suitable for research institutions, adhesive import and export enterprises, inspection and quarantine organizations and other professional laboratories.

Work Theory:

The loop-shaped sample is brought into full contact with the standard float glass test plate at a constant speed of 300 mm/min. Then the instrument automatically separates the loop sample from the test plate in reverse direction at the same constant speed of 300 mm/min. The maximum force generated during this process is defined as the loop tack strength of the tested sample.
