| Working principle: - The constant temperature and humidity balancing control system adopts PID mode to control SSR, enabling the heating and humidification capacity of the system to match the heat and moisture loss capacity.
- The temperature measurement signals from dry and wet bulbs are transmitted to the controller CPU after A/D conversion for comparison with RAM data, and then output to the I/O board. The I/O board issues instructions to operate the air supply system and refrigeration system. Meanwhile, PID controls the SSR to activate heating SSR or humidifying SSR, so that heat and moisture are evenly distributed into the test chamber via the air supply system to realize balanced temperature and humidity regulation.
