Aging Testing Machine for Rubber and Plastic Insulating Materials


This testing machine is specially designed for conducting aging tests on rubber, plastics, paper products and various insulating materials. For instance, in the rubber and plastics industry, it is used to accelerate the deterioration of vulcanized rubber; it detects and calculates the change rates of tensile strength and elongation of test samples after deterioration under different temperatures and durations. For the paper industry, it is applied to the determination of basis weight and moisture content of paper, among other tests. It can study the aging laws of rubber and plastics under the action of ozone, rapidly identify the aging properties of vulcanized rubber, and provide a basis for improving the service life of rubber and plastic products. This machine complies with multiple testing standards, such as GB, CNS, JIS, ASTM, ISO, IEC, UL, BS, etc.

Design principle:

For ordinary vulcanized rubber products, a heating test at a constant temperature of 70℃ for one day (24 hours) is equivalent to six months of degradation in a natural environment.

Machine Features:
