Introduction

These PVC Unistrut channel end caps are designed for standard 41×21 / 41×41 strut channels. Made of high-quality durable PVC material, they provide perfect protection for channel ends, prevent rust, dust and moisture from entering inside, and avoid scratches from sharp metal edges. Easy to install by hand pressing, no tools needed. Ideal for solar mounting systems, construction supports, electrical cable trays and pipe hangers.

Features

This Unistrut end cap features a fully sealed snap-fit structure that completely covers the open end of strut channels. It effectively blocks rainwater, humid air, condensed dew and coastal salt fog from entering the channel interior. By isolating corrosive media, it prevents internal rust and oxidation that often occurs on hidden steel surfaces. This sealing function greatly slows down metal aging, avoids hollow-channel corrosion problems, and significantly extends the service life of galvanized strut systems for outdoor and high-humidity engineering projects.
