Fast Curing SBC Hot Melt Adhesive for Laminated Carton Sealing
Product Overview
This thermoplastic adhesive is formulated with SIS/SBS thermoplastic elastomers, modified rosin resin, and microcrystalline wax. It is specifically designed for continuous bonding applications with heavy-duty paper products, including oil cartons, laminated cartons, and pharmaceutical packaging boxes. Available in both summer and winter formulations to accommodate varying seasonal temperatures and operating conditions.
Performance Characteristics
  • Excellent initial tack and strong adhesion to various plastic films, including PE, PVC, and PET
  • Superior heat resistance and fixation with excellent cold resistance, maintaining adhesion at temperatures as low as -20°C
