All Season Fast Curing PO Hot Melt Adhesive for Large-Caliber Nozzle Carton Sealing Line
Product Overview
This series of thermoplastic adhesives is manufactured using polyolefin POE polymerized with imported metallocene catalyst, combined with imported hydrogenated petroleum resin, imported Feto wax, and other premium components. These adhesives are extensively utilized in packaging and sealing applications across multiple industries including food, beverages, instant noodles, beer, medicine, and various other packaging requirements.
Performance Characteristics
Strong Adhesion & Wide Temperature Range: Excellent bonding strength with short curing time and superior adhesion to difficult-to-stick materials across various temperature conditions.
Exceptional Thermal & Chemical Resistance: Provides excellent heat resistance and fixation with anti-slip properties. Maintains performance in extremely cold weather conditions and offers resistance to corrosion from acid, alkali, and salt media.
100% Hydrogenated Petroleum Resin: Ideal for extended continuous production cycles. Repeated use prevents carbonization, eliminating production shutdowns and reducing glue box cleaning frequency.
Clear & Non-Clogging Formula: Crystal clear adhesive composition free from impurities, ensuring smooth operation without nozzle blockages.
Environmentally Safe: Solvent-free formulation that is non-polluting, environmentally friendly, and non-toxic for safe handling and application.
