All Season High Bonding Strength Fast Curing EVA Hot Melt Adhesive for EPE Foam Packaging Assembly Line with Good Stringing Resistance
Product Overview
This thermoplastic adhesive is compounded with imported EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer), polyolefin elastomer POE, hydrogenated petroleum resin, polyethylene, and other premium components. It is specifically designed for bonding applications in cardboard, plastic foam, and various flexible packaging materials.
Performance Characteristics
  • Strong Adhesion & Versatility: Excellent bonding strength with moderate curing time and wide temperature range. Provides reliable adhesion to various difficult-to-stick materials including plastic plates and plastic films.
  • Temperature Resistance: Features good heat resistance and fixation with anti-slip properties. Excellent cold resistance makes it suitable for extremely cold weather conditions in northern regions. Resistant to corrosion in acid and alkaline media.
  • Production Efficiency: 100% fully hydrogenated petroleum resin formulation allows for longer continuous production runs. Repeated use without carbonization reduces downtime and minimizes cleaning frequency of plastic boxes.
