Product Overview
Our casein glue formulation combines casein, crosslinkers, modified starch, urea, viscosity modifiers, defoamers, and preservatives (potassium sorbate) through a precise heating, dissolving, and polymerization process. Specifically designed for bonding paper trademarks to glass and paper substrates in high-speed labeling applications.
Application Range: Compatible with straight-type and rotary-type labeling machines operating at speeds from 2,000 to 60,000 bottles per hour.
