Product Introduction: High-Integrity Flowline Sealing
In high-pressure oilfield operations, the seal is the most critical link in your flowline. Our High-Pressure Hammer Union Seals are specifically engineered to provide a robust, leak-proof interface in the most punishing environments.
Constructed from premium 80 Shore A Nitrile (NBR) and reinforced with a precision-machined Brass Anti-Extrusion Ring, these seals are designed to replace standard OEM seals in Fig 602, 1002, and 1502 hammer unions.
We don't use "generic" rubber. Our seals utilize a specialized Nitrile (Buna-N) compound optimized for the oilfield:
Engineering Feature: The Brass Backup Ring

Q: Can I use NBR 80 seals for CO2 injection?
A: While NBR is excellent for oil, for high-concentration CO2 or Explosive Decompression (ED) environments, we recommend our HNBR or FKM variants.
Q: Why is 80 Shore A better than 90 Shore A for these seals?
A: 80 Shore A provides better "conformability" in worn or slightly pitted union seats, ensuring a seal at lower pressures, while the Brass Ring handles the high-pressure support that a 90 Shore A rubber would otherwise provide.
Q: How do you handle bulk shipping to North American hubs (Houston/Edmonton)?
A: We offer expedited air freight and sea freight options, with bulk packaging designed for distribution-level inventory management.
